Daily Yoga Superstretch for Low Back and Hips (5 minutes)

I teach this sequence to patients in the Chiro Clinic for lower back pain caused by tight hip flexors, tight hamstrings and poor posture.

If this sounds like you try practicing this sequence every day as a home rehab. But remember, it is yoga ;) breath deep and stay present.

ATHLETES low back pain or not, this is a great sequence post workout. Only 5 minutes to healthy hips and back.
